I truly believe that 'Team Kett' are the most wonderful group of educationalists you could ever meet.

Their commitment to the children in our care is outstanding. They go above and beyond on a daily basis and I know that even at the weekend and during the holidays they are always holding space in their thoughts for our 'Kett Kids'.

At Kettleshulme we appoint new staff members based not just on their experience and qualifications but also on their values. We just know when someone is a perfect 'Kett Fit'. We always look for people who demonstrate our HEART Values and who are willing to show unfaltering kindness, patience, understanding and fun. That is why when people come to visit they always comment on the 'wonderful family feel when you walk through the door'. One parent recently said "You can just feel the love in the room." As a Headteacher and a parent, I couldn't wish for more for our children.
